By placing an order with Vajra Farms — whether by phone, in person, or through our portal — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Us
Vajra Farms is a dairy farm and fresh milk delivery service based in Khammam, Telangana, India. We deliver fresh buffalo and cow milk to households, businesses, and brands across the Khammam region.
By using our services, you enter into a binding agreement with Vajra Farms under the terms set out below.
2. Our Services
We offer the following delivery services:
Household Delivery
Daily fresh milk (buffalo or cow) delivered to your home. Available on trial or subscription.
Business Supply
Bulk and regular supply for hotels, restaurants, sweet shops, and cafes. Consistent quality with batch tracking.
Brand Ingredients
White-label dairy ingredients with documentation and lab testing support for product lines.
Trial Programme
A 3-day free or low-commitment trial to experience our product before subscribing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, pricing, or delivery area at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of significant changes.
3. Ordering
How to order
Orders can be placed by calling us directly. Our staff are available Monday through Saturday, 6 AM to 6 PM, at 96521 74999 or 96522 17999.
Order confirmation
An order is confirmed when our staff verbally acknowledges it by phone. We will confirm the milk type, quantity, delivery address, and schedule at the time of order.
Order changes
Changes to an existing order (quantity, schedule, address) must be communicated at least one day in advance of the affected delivery. Same-day changes cannot be guaranteed.
Minimum order
There is no minimum order quantity for household deliveries. Minimum quantities for business and brand supply are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing
Our standard retail price is Rs. 90 per litre for fresh buffalo milk. Cow milk and bulk pricing for business customers are available on request. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time. We will inform active customers of price changes before they take effect, with at least 7 days' notice where possible.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed at the time of order. We accept cash and digital payment methods as communicated by our staff. For subscription customers, payment is typically collected periodically (weekly or monthly) based on your arrangement with us.
Late payment
If payment is not received by the agreed date, we reserve the right to pause deliveries until the outstanding balance is settled.
5. Delivery
Delivery schedule
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or on public holidays unless specifically agreed. Our standard delivery window is early morning.
Delivery area
We currently serve 6 zones across the Khammam region. Delivery availability is confirmed at the time of order based on your address.
Access and missed deliveries
Please ensure there is a safe and accessible location for us to leave your order if you are not home. If we cannot deliver (no access, incorrect address, gate locked), we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the delivery may be skipped for that day.
Missed deliveries due to access issues on your end are not eligible for refunds.
Delivery delays
We strive to deliver on schedule every day. In cases of unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, vehicle issues, supply disruption), we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Trial Programme
Our 3-day trial allows new customers to experience our milk before committing to a subscription. The following conditions apply:
- The trial is limited to one per household or business address
- Trial customers must provide a valid name, phone number, and delivery address
- At the end of the trial, you may subscribe or end the arrangement. There is no automatic rollover to a paid subscription without your explicit agreement.
- Pricing during the trial will be communicated when you sign up
7. Cancellation and Pausing
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your delivery subscription at any time by calling us. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel at least 2 days before your next scheduled delivery.
Pausing deliveries
If you need to pause deliveries (e.g., travel, holiday), please inform us at least 1 day in advance. We will pause your delivery and resume it on the date you specify.
Our right to cancel
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at any time if a customer violates these terms, has an outstanding payment balance, or if delivery to your area becomes operationally unfeasible.
8. Product Quality
We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality milk every day. Our milk is sourced directly from our farm animals, collected daily, and delivered the same morning.
Quality issues
If you receive milk that appears to be spoiled, contaminated, or of unacceptable quality, please contact us the same day by phone. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or credit for the affected delivery.
Storage
Fresh milk must be refrigerated promptly upon receipt. We are not responsible for quality degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery.
Allergen information
Our products contain milk and dairy. They are not suitable for individuals with a dairy allergy or lactose intolerance. We do not currently offer non-dairy alternatives.
9. Website Use
Our website at vajrafarms.com is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our internal portal or systems
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from our website without permission
We make no warranties that the website will be continuously available or error-free.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on vajrafarms.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Vajra Farms or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Vajra Farms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the specific delivery or service in dispute
- We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to extreme weather, power outages, or supply disruptions
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our services or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Khammam, Telangana, India.
We encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any issue before escalating to formal proceedings.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
