Our public website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. No browsing data is collected from visitors to vajrafarms.com.

Staff portal accounts

Staff members who access our internal portal have a username and password-protected account. We collect the username and a securely hashed password. Staff activity within the portal (orders submitted, status updates) is logged for operational purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect exclusively to operate our milk delivery service:

  • Processing and fulfilling your milk delivery orders
  • Scheduling deliveries and routing our delivery staff
  • Contacting you about your order (delivery confirmation, delays, changes)
  • Managing your subscription or trial program
  • Maintaining order history and delivery records for our operations
  • Improving our service based on delivery patterns and feedback

We do not use your information for marketing to third parties, targeted advertising, or profiling.

4. How We Store Your Information

Customer order data and delivery information are stored in Google Sheets, accessed via Google Apps Script — Google's cloud platform. This means your data is stored on Google's secure servers and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and security standards.

We use access controls to ensure only authorised Vajra Farms staff can view customer data. Staff accounts are password-protected and role-restricted.

We retain your order and delivery information for as long as you are a customer, and for up to 24 months after your last order to handle any disputes or queries. After that period, data is deleted.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Our delivery staff: staff see the name, address, and order details needed to complete your delivery. They do not have access to your full account history.
  • Google LLC: as our infrastructure provider (Google Sheets, Google Apps Script). Google processes data on our behalf as a data processor.
  • Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or government authority, we may disclose information to comply with our legal obligations.

No other third parties receive your personal information.

6. Your Rights

As a Vajra Farms customer, you have the right to:

  • Access: ask us what personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated information
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information (subject to operational and legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out: stop receiving any communications from us by informing us by phone

Our service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
